Christian Peau Silk A-Line Coat in Ocean Blue
This garment was made using golden silk, which originates from the golden-yellow wild silkworm native to Southeast Asia. Golden silk contains ample amounts of sericin, or “kenko,” revered for its moisturizing, antioxidant and UV absorption properties.

Junji works with golden silk, a textile made by the golden haired yellow wild silkworm native to Southeast Asia. Shiny, vivid and strong, in part due to its high levels of sericin, this allows the silk to be washable while still preserving the vibrancy of the colors in sunlight. Christian Peau silks improve with age, softening over time.
