Fashion Sales Specialist
Santa Fe Dry Goods, Workshop & Wild Life, three small stores specializing in contemporary designer fashion on the Santa Fe Plaza, are seeking seasoned Salespeople to join our team. For those who thrive on fostering personal relationships and sharing beautiful things with others, this is a unique opportunity to do so with goods that aren’t found easily within the Southwest, or even the US at large.
This position is located in-person in our storefronts on the Santa Fe Plaza. Our business philosophy prizes beauty, sustainability and design integrity over all things mass-produced, pollutive and superfluous.
Our ideal candidate for this role is professional, intellectual and service-oriented. They should be sincere, enthusiastic and have a persnickety attention to the unseen details that comprise great client experiences. In addition to working as a stylist for their customers, they should have an innate desire to advocate for their teammates and the stores.
Applicants must have a background in building relationships, managing all aspects of service and engaging clients in an entertaining and intellectual way. An existing knowledge of the designers we carry is a plus, and a passion for art, architecture, and/or fashion is celebrated and encouraged by our team.
This role is commission-driven, in addition to a competitive base hourly wage of $18/hr-$20/hr DOE. With our commission structure, the run-rate for this role typically lands between $24/hr to $35+/hour, with the opportunity to scale much higher for a salesperson with notable skill.

In addition to ensuring operational efficiency, they will handle organizational, merchandising, and logistical tasks to support the sales team and store management across all locations.

This role offers a competitive base hourly wage of $25/hr, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
