Armen

Armen was founded in 1948 in Quimper, Brittany in western France, as a factory that produced school uniforms and workwear.
Inspiration for the label’s name comes from the lighthouse “Ar-Men”, which was built in a reef off the westernmost coast of France, near the Quimper region, and which continues to protect the safety of ships while enduring rough seas.
For more than half a century, they have aimed to create workwear that can withstand harsh environments like this lighthouse.
