Every Sabina Savage design is hand illustrated, telling the story of the collection through the composition and details. The scarves are drawn in full, and the four corners of each scarf offer different elements, ensuring the wearer will display a unique feature however the scarf is folded. The Moon Scarf features a Painted Wolf and an Azawakh dog wearing ornately detailed costumes. They are joined by an African Crowned Crane and a lobster, and are surrounded by ornately illustrated animal embroidery.

As the spirits begin to answer the creatures call, fresh water seeps up from the arid ground. The Painted Wolf and Azawakh play the roles of the wild dog and tame dog, overlooked by the Crowned Crane as The Moon. Representing the two sides of nature, they twin their movements to follow the Senufo beliefs. The two towers represent the stability they crave.
