New Mieko Mintz: A Reflection of Pantone Colors for 2019
Every season the Pantone Institute publishes colors for fashion around the world. Designers take notice, not just to be on trend with the new collections that come out, but because Pantone’s process is to research the outlooks of people worldwide. They recommend colors that reflect our mood and usher forward the color identities that will inform fashion, interiors, and the world of aesthetics. For this next Spring 2019 season, Pantone said their choices were driven by the need to be “vibrant without being overpowering– they highlighted shades that illustrate our desire for authenticity and our continued need for creativity and relatable, accessible design.”
