Sales Associate for Workshop

Workshop, a small boutique specializing in contemporary designer fashion, seeks a seasoned Sales Associate to join our accomplished team. For those who thrive on bringing their clientele joy, this is a unique opportunity to engage with goods that aren’t found easily within the Southwest, or even the US, at large – hand-painted Italian cashmere, avant-garde German footwear and vintage Kinshi silks are among the items adored within our walls.

This position is located in-person at our storefront on the Santa Fe Plaza, alongside our two sister stores, Santa Fe Dry Goods and Wild Life. Our business philosophy prizes beauty, sustainability and design integrity over all things mass-produced, pollutive and superfluous.

Our ideal candidate for this role is professional, intellectual and service-oriented. They should be sincere, enthusiastic and have a persnickety attention to the unseen details that comprise great experiences. In addition to working as a stylist for their customers, they have an innate desire to advocate for their teammates and the stores.

Must have a background in building relationships, managing all aspects of service and engaging clients in an entertaining and intellectual way. An existing knowledge of the designers we carry is a plus, and a passion for art, architecture, and/or fashion is celebrated and encouraged by our team.

The role is commission-driven, in addition to a competitive base hourly wage of $18/hr – $20/hr DOE. We offer employee-paid healthcare, vision and dental plans, a company discount and an upbeat, exciting work environment that is poised at the forefront of contemporary fashion.
