Moussy

Japan

Founded in 2000, Moussy has disrupted fashion’s gender norms by approaching womenswear with a traditionally men’s style.  During a time when brands focused on skin-baring tops and micro-mini skirts, Moussy styled boyfriend tees with form flattering jeans and became an instant favorite among the fashion set.  Today the brand continues to be a one-stop shop for accessible, upscale comfort and the ultimate jeans.

Denim is at the core of Moussy and the brand prides itself in thoughtfully executing each step of the manufacturing process.  The relationships built with Japan’s best factories and wash houses over the past two decades has allowed them to continue creating unique, unparalleled jeans.

RE/DONE

Los Angeles

RE/DONE’s mission is to restore individuality to the denim space, to reimagine iconic American heritage, and to cultivate responsible innovation.

Launched in Downtown Los Angeles in 2014 by Sean Barron and Jamie Mazur, RE/DONE started with a simple idea of taking the old and making it new again, bringing the revolutionary concept of up-cycling to the forefront of the industry.

This is present in everything RE/DONE does from repurposing preloved vintage to shaping a new narrative around American brands like Hanes, Levi’s, Dr. Scholls, and Ford. Since inception, RE/DONE continues to thoughtfully create limited-edition luxury designs with a commitment to mindful production, sustainability, and circular fashion.

R13

R13 was founded in 2009 by Chris Leba with the goal of presenting luxury basics that recalled the rebellious spirit of America’s history. He is most inspired by the original wave of British punk rock of the late 1970s.

Leba graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and began his design career at J. Crew. He later worked at Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle Outfitters, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Leba most often draws upon the experience he gained working under Ralph Lauren for over 20 years, remixing classics into grungecore that looks and feels cool on the body.

Leba chooses to pay homage to that ‘Other America:’ the always provocative underground of culture and art.
