When will you send me tracking information?

Our Web Store processes orders within 1 to 3 days depending on volume of orders coming in. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order is packaged up and the label is created by our shipping department (packages are placed for outbound UPS or FedEx pick-up as soon as this happens). During holiday weekends, busy summer months and our annual sale, please be patient with us as we dance around the high volumes of orders coming through the stores.

Why is my shipping taking so long?

Unfortunately, we are not immune to shipping delays caused by weather, local delivery error or international customs clearance. Additionally, with the advent of COVID-19 and shipping delays all over the globe, orders placed with domestic ground shipping may take up to ten days to arrive at your doorstep. While we will do everything in our power to deliver your items to you promptly, if you need a faster shipping speed, please opt for expedited shipping at checkout.

Why is my order no longer in stock?

As the risk with online items stocked in a brick and mortar storefront, occasionally merchandise will sell simultaneously online and in-store. In the event of this, or any other happening with your order, we will contact you via email or phone and refund your card for the sold merchandise.

Why do I have to pay tax on an out of state purchase?

NEXUS tax is a tax we are required to collect per the NEXUS tax law. This law was enacted in 2018 as a result of South Dakota v. Wayfair, which now requires retailers in the US to collect taxes on shipments bound to 46 states. These taxes go directly to the state in which they are collected. We are currently required to charge this tax on all shipments going to Colorado, California and Texas. For more information on NEXUS, please read on here.
