About the Author:
Herbert Ypma, author of the Hip Hotels travel series, was a nomad before he knew what the word meant. Growing up in Europe, North America, and Australia and traveling extensively from the age of three, Ypma gained a unique foundation of insight and experience with regard to global travel, which he leveraged via his photography and writing into an award-winning architecture and design magazine. This was followed by an internationally published book series on design and architecture, and then the bestselling Hip Hotels series.
