The farmer on the front of this package, Peter Cruz, helped gather and ferment the cocoa beans for the historic bar inside. We're proud to be the first chocolate makers to export cocoa from the Phillippines since the 1980's. Not only that, we're in our tenth year of sustainably funding and managing school lunch programs for elementary students in Davao, right in the neighborhood of our farmer partners.
