Robbie Stout and Anna Davies founded Ritual Chocolate in 2010 to celebrate the natural richness and complexity of the cacao bean, and to improve the quality of life through finely made chocolate. One of Ritual’s main priorities is to source from farmers who practice organic methods, and they ensure the best quality beans by paying them far above the world price.

By resisting to add additional flavors to their chocolate bars, Ritual lets the cacao speak for itself, as each flavor varies depending on the bean’s original region. Enhancing individuality and quality even further, they also use vintage chocolate equipment, blending European and American chocolate-making methods in their small factory in Park City, Utah.
